Comprehensive Eye Exams
Comprehensive Eye Exam
Comprehensive eye exams are important for all ages and are not just for individuals experiencing vison problems. It is recommended to have a comprehensive eye exam at least every 12 months. The goal of a yearly eye exam is to maximize vision and prevent sight-threatening conditions by detecting ocular diseases early when treatment is most effective.
Vision Assessment
During an eye exam, our doctors will evaluate your visual acuity, depth perception, color vision, eye muscle movement, and eye pressures. We will assess your vision and, if necessary, determine the best prescription for glasses and/or contact lenses.
Preventive Care
We will also carefully assess your eye health for any ocular and/or systemic disease. Common eye diseases include diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, cataract, and macular degeneration. We strongly believe in early prevention and utilize state-of-the-art equipment to help our doctors to detect early signs of disease.
